The Life Plan includes a one-time entrance fee and provides long-term financial predictability, priority access to higher levels of care, and two refundable contract options. Residents may choose either the Continuing Care Declining Refund Plan, which provides a refund based on 90% of the entrance fee that declines over a specified period, or the Continuing Care Return of Capital Plan, which allows up to 80% of the entrance fee to be refunded to you or your estate after you permanently leave Wesley Manor.
The Monthly Rental Plan offers a maintenance-free lifestyle without an entrance fee, providing flexibility while allowing residents to enjoy many of the community’s amenities, services, and lifestyle benefits.
